Prior to Co-Founding OneClose, Kevin held executive positions within the Finance world including Schedule A/B Banks, Trust/Life Co’s and a Private Equity Fund. Kevin is considered one of Canada’s leading experts in Real Estate financing having been involved in all facets of structured finance relating to interim and permanent debt including High Yield Bond Issues, Corporate Revolvers, senior secured, mezzanine, equity and participating debt, etc.
Kevin has served as a panelist/speaker at numerous events including the Land Development and Condominium Conferences and spent many years as a Board Director for BILD.
Kevin and his wife Laura are also active philanthropists supporting many charitable organizations including the United Way, Yonge Street Mission, University Health Network and Oakville Hospital Foundation
