Collection of Personal Information

At the time you apply for a mortgage loan, we will obtain your consent to collect credit-related information from credit reporting agencies in order to help us determine your eligibility for a loan. We may obtain your consent to use your contact information to send you marketing or promotional communications by mail, email or telephone. You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in our marketing email communications or by contacting us as set out under Questions or Complaints below. Please note that you may continue to receive certain transactional or informational communications from us. We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected the information or as required by law. We maintain a records retention and destruction program to destroy information when it is no longer needed or required.
