Jim is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of OneClose.
Jim is also President of Westmount Guarantee Services Inc. with facilities in excess of $7 Billion currently outstanding. Westmount is the leading provider of Tarion Bonds and condominium deposit insurance to the Ontario condominium market, enabling developers to use purchaser deposits that would otherwise have to remain in trust as a source of project financing.
Jim has 20 years of deposit financing experience, and prior to establishing Westmount, was integral in the start up of the product line at two other companies.
